A CREATIVE PROCESS
“ Abstract art
is letting your imagination
run wild. "

It all began with the mosaic decoration of her own walls. From there, Corinne devoted herself to creating flat and three-dimensional mosaic works.
Since then, her artistic practice has become vital. The assembling of pieces, the infinite chromatic palette of this art, have allowed her to draw new strength, to regain her inner balance.
LIBERATING ABSTRACTION

"Abstraction is letting your imagination run wild." In a world where adults often lose their creative spontaneity, Corinne reclaims the freedom of a rediscovered childhood. Her works, 90% of which are abstract, are created without any preliminary sketches: "I'm afraid that drawings might confine me."
Only a few guidelines direct her hand, allowing the material to reveal its mysteries.
Poppy Red
This color, which we find in the majority of her works, conveys intimacy: the poppy red that adorns her, from her glasses to her scarves, the red of her favorite flower.
Her pieces also evoke the colors of the Mediterranean, the blue of the sea, the yellow of the sun, echoes of her childhood. For the artist, "colors mean joy, they mean life." Even in her rare ventures into black and white, a red mouth awakens the portrait, the signature of a mosaic artist who refuses darkness.

THE BEAUTY of the EVERYDAY,
TRANSFIGURED
The alchemy of forgotten materials
Her creative process begins with collecting. Shells, clock mechanisms, broken porcelain sourced from flea markets, fabric scraps, transformed cans—everything becomes an opportunity to create. “Now, when I walk, I look down. Beauty is everywhere and unpredictable.” Corinne ennobles the ephemeral, transforming waste into works of art. Melted plastic, coffee capsules, salvaged fabric: each material carries a fragment of history, a memory waiting to be revealed.

A gradual revelation
Her creations reveal their secrets sparingly. The artist plays with geometric variations: “I don't calculate, and it’s that freedom I love.” Squares, circles, hearts, volumes, or flat surfaces—you have to get up close to uncover the individual components.
For the public, her creations unfold in striking ways. Corinne delights in these moments of surprise: “Oh look, there are buttons here, and cans there!” She has a gift for making people smile, for breathing joy into the ordinary. Mosaic art, in her hands, becomes accessible, democratic, a source of warm human connection.
The REBIRTH of MATERIALS
An aesthetic philosophy
Corinne uses all kinds of materials in her works, not only as a form of activism but also for aesthetic reasons.
“You can create art without limiting yourself to noble or precious materials.”
This philosophy guides her daily work, turning recycling into a creative game, in a perpetual quest for hidden beauty.

MOSAIC ART as THERAPY

Trained in art therapy and pationate about making people thrive, Corinne shares her mosaic-making techniques and guides adults through her courses and workshops in a spirit of creative well-being. Her workshops become bubbles of escape, spaces for connection where each participant can forget their worries and express their emotions through the tactile language of materials.
